New Orleans is shaken when a ferry explosion kills several hundred people. People were there to celebrate Fat Tuesday, which explains the death toll - 543. Agent Doug investigates the attack, discovering that a young woman, Claire (Paula Patton), found nearby, died some time before the disaster.
