The hosts, almost squealing with delight, recount the number of people they've run over. The opposition is hunting down the Recognized Leader - Frankenstein. His murder is supposed to symbolize the government's weakness. However, Frankenstein has other plans entirely - deep down, he doesn't like the president at all. Frankenstein's main rival is a man who beats women and can't control his aggression.
