The inhabitants of a town harboring a fatal curse decided to abandon it and wipe it off the face of the earth. Instead of burning down the houses, they flooded the town with water, sinking it to the bottom of a vast artificial lake. However, the town's terrible secrets and ghosts didn't sink with it, time passed, and they rose to the surface to frighten, torment, destroy, and take revenge on treacherous people... Clara and Susana (Pilar Soto), along with their friend, decided to relax and swim in that very lake, unaware of the danger it posed. Susana was the first victim, something unknown and merciless nearly pulled her under. She miraculously escaped, but Clara's boyfriend didn't, leaving only blood stains on the water.
