Before Mark's eyes, drug dealers murder his father, a police officer, his mother, and his sister. He miraculously survives. Fifteen years have passed. Mark, just as his father dreamed, becomes a police officer. Members of a secret organization that prosecutes murderers and rapists using their own method - simply killing - promise to help the young police officer, but on one condition, he must become one of them. Mark agrees and, having become a liquidator, eliminates one criminal after another. At some point, he begins to realize that he has become a formidable weapon in the hands of former law enforcement officers, who, as it turns out, are little different from other gangsters.
