Adrian, a successful fashion photographer, begins to unravel when he encounters a series of terrifying events. Adrian suffers from recurring nightmares in which he murders his models. Over time, he notices the line between these visions and reality blurring, and he experiences memory lapses, unable to recall where he has been or what he has done. Several brutal model murders occur in the city, and all evidence points indirectly to Adrian. The police begin to view him as the prime suspect. Consumed by fear and despair, Adrian seeks help from a psychiatrist and attempts to understand the causes of his condition. During therapy, traumatic events from Adrian's childhood are uncovered, which may have triggered his split personality and aggressive impulses.
