Jennifer Dale "Stone Cold Dead" (1979)

A wave of brutal murders begins in the city, an unknown sniper is methodically killing prostitutes. There are already several victims, and rumors of the serial killer are quickly spreading among the townspeople, people are in a panic, and the atmosphere is tense. The mayor demands that the police catch the criminal as quickly as possible and restore order. The experienced Sgt. Boyd is assigned to the investigation.
