Antonio is a young man from Medellín's upper class. One evening at a nightclub, he and his best friend, Emilio, meet the charismatic and beautiful Rosario (Flora Martinez). A romantic relationship develops between Emilio and Rosario, and Antonio becomes her close friend. Soon, the friends discover that Rosario is involved in the criminal underworld. Her life is closely intertwined with drug cartels. As a child, Rosario experienced sexual abuse, which significantly shaped her personality and life choices. She claims to belong to no one and lives on the edge. After the murder of Rosario's brother, the situation escalates. She becomes increasingly immersed in a world of drugs and violence, drawing two friends into it. Rosario frequently enters into close relationships with men, whom she subsequently kills or who are killed because of her connections. This spiral leads the heroine to inevitable retribution.
