Foxy Brown (Pam Grier) in love with a federal agent. He uncovers a major drug trafficking ring but fails to put them in jail, the jury is bribed, and the criminals are acquitted. To protect the cop from the drug gang's vengeance, the government changes his appearance and issues him new documents. Foxy's brother discovers who's hiding behind the new identity and turns him in to the gangsters - he owes the gang a large sum and hopes to pay it off. Foxy decides to take revenge. Foxy disguises herself as a prostitute and gets a job with the "agency." She's tasked with pleasing the judge before a trial of two dealers - they need to secure an acquittal. Foxy deliberately fails the assignment, and the dealers are given long sentences. The gangsters kill yer brother, and Foxy is taken to a farm to be used as a sex slave. She's drugged, and one of the gangsters rapes her.
