Policeman Russell comes for an interview with the Drug Enforcement Agency and successfully passes it. A wise mentor with kind eyes, Carver, becomes his curator. He convinces Russell to infiltrate a drug syndicate so the police can get to its leaders. Among them is an influential Latin American politician whom the State Department has long wanted to catch. Russell will understand later what political games he got involved in. But it will be too late, and he will have to choose whose side he is on, the corrupt police or his new drug dealer friends.
