Casey is on vacation. He and his niece are planning to visit his brother's grave. Since Casey hates flying, they're traveling by train. Their perfect time is interrupted by terrorists who hijack the train for their own selfish purposes. An ambitious scientist named Travis, formerly of the CIA, has "retrained" as a criminal and decided to test his equipment, which can control a space satellite from a train.
