The streets of Paris offer young American Michael more than just the allure of meeting a charming stranger, sipping aromatic coffee in a tiny café, or taking leisurely strolls along the Champs-Elysees, they also provide crowds of unsuspecting passersby whose pockets he can promptly empty. After all, Michael is an ordinary thief and pickpocket who earns his living through sleight of hand and quick fingers. Driven by greed and his own dexterity, he becomes a key player in the CIA’s battle against terrorists responsible for a bombing in Paris that claimed four lives. To atone for his crimes, Michael must partner with Sean, a charismatic, abrasive, and ruthless agent whose methods of interrogation and confrontation are, at times, rather colorful.
