Dreama Walker "Compliance" (2012)

A call rings at a fast food restaurant, and someone claiming to be a police officer claims to have absolute knowledge of the criminal behavior of one of the cashiers. The voice on the other end of the line informs them that the woman is accused of theft and suggests the manager take a closer look at one of her subordinates, Becky (Dreama Walker), despite her denial. What's simultaneously frightening and fascinating is the flexibility of the human psyche. Tell any of the cafe's employees that in two hours you'll mentally torture and undress a good friend of yours, and they'll either laugh heartily in your face or be just as genuinely outraged. But if you slowly, step by step, undermine them, inflicting increasingly harsh blows, then after a while they'll come to terms with what they so recently denied.
