Stacy Haiduk "Luther the Geek" (1990)

In his youth, Luther witnesses a carnival freak show. During the show, he accidentally cuts his lip, tastes blood, and experiences a strange arousal. This moment lays the foundation for his future pathology. Later, Luther loses his own teeth and receives metal dentures, sharp as blades. This intensifies his sadistic tendencies, he begins killing people by biting off their heads. After a series of murders, Luther is sentenced to 20 years in prison. After serving his sentence, he is paroled, despite his obvious mental problems. Upon his release, Luther immediately commits another murder, attacking an elderly woman at a bus stop. He then infiltrates a farm, where he takes the owner and her daughter (Stacy Haiduk) hostage.
