A couple is driving along the road and notices an old abandoned clinic. Jill (Caitlyn Folley) has an idea to organize an exhibition of her work in the building. They decide to explore the building. In one of the clinic's rooms, Adam and Jill decide to spice up their relationship and engage in intimate play. Adam films the process with a professional camera and a spotlight. At one point, he ties Jill to an old gurney. Then he leaves her alone for a while. While Jill is alone in the room, she senses a presence. She hears footsteps, rustling sounds, and sees shadows in the hallway. Later, Adam and Jill are joined by their friends. Now a group of several people is trying to figure out what's going on in the clinic. But the situation only gets worse.
