Lulu (Karin Viard) is going through a crisis and decides to make a radical change to her routine. Instead of heading home to her family as usual, she decides to head to the coast, just to be alone. She leaves her husband to care for the children and sets out on a journey in search of inner freedom and clarity, she needs to understand herself, organize her thoughts, and figure out what she truly wants from life. Along the way, Lulu meets a variety of people, and it turns out many of them are experiencing similar problems, they are also confused, searching for themselves, and struggling to find their footing. Through these encounters and new experiences, Lulu gradually rethinks her life, her relationships with loved ones, and her place in the world.
