Soon after her arrival, she is deceived by the clever swindler Alio, who steals her money. Instead of giving up, Silva doggedly pursues Alio throughout the city. Her persistence and patience ultimately prove stronger than the scammer’s cunning. In the process, she also meets his cousin Nic.
